multi-media post

I have Ms. Garvin seventh period for US History 2. She went to Purdue University and she's a runner. This year I'm expecting to learn about the cold war. Her grading policy is 40% for test/quizzes, 40% for project-based assignments, 10% for homework, and 10% for participation. Ms. Garvin uses online voice threads for homework and notes, which I like better than in class note taking.
In her class we've done a lot of gallery walks. That's when you walk around looking at the room, look at the pictures, and fill in the sheet she gives you. I like doing the gallery walks because they're fun and I learn a lot more from them.
I like that class so far. It's not as hard as I thought it would be and the work is pretty easy. I like the fact that we have online homework and note taking because it's easier. Ms. Garvin isn't a boring teacher and she makes her class fun.
